Some Humor


   Where would we all be without a little bit of humor in our lives and how would we all act? I personally think we would be stressed out and grumpy. All of the stress that builds up inside one’s body can be led out through laughter, which is a very effective relaxation technique. The heavy workload due to nursing school brings us a lot of stress, which is why we all need some humor. Laughter provides several benefits such as: relaxing the whole body, boosting the immune system, triggering the release of endorphins, and even protecting the heart (Smith, 2012)! Laughter also brings people together and last but not least it does not cost a dime. Here is a little picture that made me laugh ha-ha.
